Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of photographs can you scan?
We specialize in standard printed photographs. Please contact us about fragile, oversized, mounted or album-bound photographs. Negatives and slides are not currently included in this service.
Do I need to remove photos from albums?
For standard scanning, photographs should be removed from albums and provided as loose prints. If your photos are permanently attached, please ask about available options.
Can you restore faded or damaged photos?
Yes. Photo restoration can be added separately. We can discuss the possibilities after reviewing the condition of your images.
How will I receive my photographs?
Your digital images will be delivered as JPEG files through a private download link. USB delivery can also be arranged.
How long does scanning take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and condition of your collection and will be confirmed when your project is booked.
Will I get my original photographs back?
Absolutely. Your original photographs remain yours and will be returned when your project is complete.
